These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PropHitter (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. A Personal, Non-Commercial Project

PropHitter is a personal hobby project, provided free of charge and “as is.” It is not a registered business or a professional service. It is operated by an individual for personal and educational purposes, and may change, break, or go offline at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal wagering age in your jurisdiction) and located where sports betting and the use of betting-research content are legal. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. What PropHitter Is (and Is Not)

PropHitter provides sports data, statistical models, estimated probabilities, model-estimated EV, and experimental model tiers for entertainment and informational purposes only. Tier labels describe how the experimental system groups its own outputs; they are not demonstrated profitable recommendations. We are not a sportsbook, are not licensed to accept wagers, do not accept or hold bets or funds, and do not facilitate the placement of any bet. All wagering decisions and transactions occur solely between you and a licensed sportsbook of your choosing. Nothing on the Site is gambling, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. No Accuracy Claims

We make no claim that any data, projection, probability, hit rate, or model output is accurate, complete, current, or profitable. Everything here is provided for entertainment and may be wrong. Any past results shown are historical and do not predict future outcomes.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, crawl, resell, or redistribute our data, or access the Site by automated means.
• Do not use the Site to facilitate any illegal gambling or other unlawful activity.
• Do not rely on any model output, projection, or probability as a guarantee of any outcome.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPHITTER AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BETTING OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. YOU USE THE SITE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Changes & Availability

We may update these Terms or the Site, or discontinue it, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
