Responsible Gambling
Sports betting should be a form of entertainment — never a way to make money, recover losses, or solve financial problems. PropHitter provides research and experimental model outputs only; we are not a sportsbook and we never accept or hold wagers or funds. Please bet only what you can afford to lose.

Set limits & self-exclude
Licensed sportsbooks offer deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools — set them directly in your sportsbook account. Many states also operate voluntary self-exclusion programs through their gaming regulator. The NCPG resources above can help you find the program for your state.
Helpline numbers and required wording vary by state and are changing during 2025–2026; confirm the current number for your jurisdiction.
